Verified. Accountable. Trusted.
Papama owns the full chain — verification, care planning, matching, service delivery, accountability, family visibility, and quality control. You should feel “I trust Papama,” not just “I found a person through Papama.”
How we select Care Partners
Application & declared history
Every applicant submits identity, address, experience, and a declaration of criminal/disciplinary history and physical capability.
Identity document verification
Government ID is checked and verified before an applicant can be matched to any family.
Police verification
A Care Partner isn't eligible for elder-care assignments until their police verification is recorded as complete.
Reference checks
Papama Operations can contact and record the outcome of prior employment and personal references as part of the review.
Elder-care service approval
Papama Operations reviews and approves each applicant specifically for elder care before they can accept a booking.
Ongoing status review
Approval status, risk flags and verification records stay attached to every Care Partner for the life of their account.
Papama Care Partner rules
A Papama Care Partner may never:
- Request your ATM PIN
- Request your UPI PIN
- Request an OTP from you
- Ask for banking passwords
- Borrow money from you
- Lend money to you
- Enter into wills or inheritance arrangements
- Accept unauthorized expensive gifts
- Copy your keys
- Bring unauthorized visitors into your home
- Share your personal information
- Post photos of you or your family
- Perform unauthorized medical procedures
- Conduct side business with you outside Papama
Any violation of these rules is grounds for immediate suspension. Report a concern through Papama Support — safety reports are always prioritized.
Only verified information is ever displayed
A Care Partner’s profile only ever shows what Papama has actually verified — approved care categories, languages, and completed visits. We never expose government IDs, home addresses, private phone numbers, police documents, or internal risk notes to customers.
