What we do
Papama connects families with background-verified Care Companions for non-medical elder care at home — companionship, daily assistance, hospital and appointment support, and structured day, night or live-in care. We are elder-care only: this is the one thing we focus on, not a side line of a broader healthcare business.
What Papama is not
Papama does not provide doctors, nurses, clinical supervision, or emergency medical response. Care Partners provide non-medical personal assistance and companionship. For medical or emergency needs, please contact a qualified healthcare provider or local emergency services.
How we approach safety
Every Care Partner goes through identity verification, police verification, and an elder-care-specific approval review before they are eligible for any assignment. Every visit is checked in and checked out, and the record stays visible to your family. Read more about our safety approach.
