Care Partners provide non-medical companionship and everyday support — conversation, walking, meals, hydration and medication reminders, errands, and hospital or appointment accompaniment. Papama does not provide doctors, nurses or clinical care.
How are Care Partners verified?
Every Care Partner goes through identity document verification and police verification, and is separately reviewed and approved by Papama Operations for elder care before they're eligible for any assignment. See the full process on the Safety page.
What happens after I submit a request?
Papama Operations reviews your request and matches you with a verified Care Partner suited to the service and your location. You can track the status of your request at any time from the Request Care status page.
Which areas do you currently serve?

How does payment work?

No. Papama Care Partners provide non-medical personal assistance and companionship only. For medical or emergency needs, please contact a qualified healthcare provider or local emergency services.
How is my family's data handled?
Care data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is role-controlled, so only the people involved in your care can see it. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
What if something goes wrong during a visit?
Every visit is logged with check-in and check-out, and the app supports emergency escalation alerts. Concerns can be reported directly through Papama Support.
